The service went above and beyond, even saving me from a disaster at the bus station before I arrived. The location was really helpful and friendly, directly next to the night market, making it easy to explore Sukhothai and the surroundings. The dining options were good, but coffee at the restaurant wasn't included, although there was a choice between rice soup or American breakfast. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
